I am going to list some of the small business advantages. First of all remember that small businesses have big competition. It doesn’t matter what kind of business you have, the competition will always be there so if you don’t know how to manage it you will not be able to survive. So what to do in this case? How to survive? Don’t worry I got some tips for you.

a.       Do not spend on unnecessary business purchases. For someone is a bit difficult to resist purchasing the "necessary" items. You must control yourself.

b.      Get a second and a third option. We know that small businesses are flexible, so if you fail in one market, would not be difficult to switch to the second option you got.

c.       Hire a professional accountant. This will help you to figure the returns of your investment and handle the other financial aspects of your business.

d.      Seek professional help. Most of small businesses have failed because of the wrong decisions taken by their owners.

e.      Free business counseling. It is just a “google search” away. This does not just help widen your knowledge, but it will also give you an idea of how other businesses survived the competence.

f.        Know you customer. Communicating with the customer and creating a good and personalized relationship with them is the best weapon you can have against big companies.

g.       Review the markets. You need to review the markets routinely so that you can better reach out to your customers.
